Ingredients:

  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 60 g shallots
  • 75 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 75 g butter
  • 270 g Pepper, red
  • 100 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 500 g Cabbage, Savoy
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 450 g Pork, ham, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1000 grams of water to the bowl. Place the first floor of the steamer on the lid. Place 5 Savoy cabbage leaves in the steamer tray. Cover with the lid. Cook for 7 minutes at 140°C.
