- 2 g ground black pepper
- 60 g shallots
- 75 g cherry tomatoes
- 5 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 75 g butter
- 270 g Pepper, red
- 100 g Cream, 18% fat
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 500 g Cabbage, Savoy
- 10 g parsley leaves
- 450 g Pork, ham, raw
Method of cooking:
- Add 1000 grams of water to the bowl. Place the first floor of the steamer on the lid. Place 5 Savoy cabbage leaves in the steamer tray. Cover with the lid. Cook for 7 minutes at 140°C.
